This policy covers the Sevrei soum website and the «Сэврэй» mobile app. We collect only the personal data needed to provide the service, and we protect it.
What we collect
- Account: your name and phone number or email. Sign-in uses an SMS code or a password; passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
- What you submit: stay and appointment bookings, classified ads (photos, price, phone), feedback and petitions.
- Notifications: the device token and language needed to send push notifications.
- Statistics: daily page-view totals and a random install ID (not linked to your name, phone or location).
- Camera and photos: only when you attach a photo to an ad or article, with your permission.
- We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising ID.
How we use it
- To sign you in, handle bookings, ads and feedback, and reply to you.
- To send soum news, urgent notices and updates about your bookings and ads.
- To produce aggregate statistics that improve the service.
- We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The camp or business you book with receives the name and phone needed for the booking.
- Published ads show their title, description, price, phone and photos publicly.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (push), Apple (iOS notifications), the SMS provider (sign-in codes).
- Authorities when required by law.
Retention and security
- Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and as required by Mongolian law.
- Connections use HTTPS; staff access is permission-based and every action is logged.
Your rights
- Delete your account at any time in the app (My account → Delete my account) or on the website’s account page. Your name, phone, email, notifications, saved items and ads are removed; booking records stay anonymised for the businesses’ accounts.
- To correct or obtain a copy of your data, contact us using the details below.
- You can turn push notifications off in your phone settings at any time.
Children
- The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
- Any change to this policy is published on this page with a new date.
